At CarlinKit (Hong Kong) Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
